Peyton Sawyer…what can we say? This girl has been through the worst and now…cancer? I know they say what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger but let’s look back on her life.

The mother she knew as her real mother was killed running a red light, in which she later finds out she was adopted. Long enough for her to let down her guard she opens up to Ellie, her birth mother only for her to die as well. Throughout this time she lets herself grow closer to her inevitable soul-mate Lucas Scott which through bad timing he begins dating Brooke Davis, her best friend. Moving on to fall for Jake, the well-mannered mr. perfect other then one thing-he’s a father in high school. Oh and we can’t forget about the psycho Derrik! At least he did something right, he brought Lucas and Peyton together…finally! But then of course came Lindsey and Julian. Although their road has been rocky- they deserve happiness together. But what about now? Will Peyton have cancer? Is she really pregnant? Will Peyton Sawyer still become Tree Hill’s newest Mrs. Scott? I guess we are forced to wait it out until Jan. 5…
