I don’t think i could bear to sit through this upcoming season, as Lucas and Peyton are the reason i watch it.
And no, i don’t think I’m abandoning One Tree Hill, because One Tree Hill ended in 6×24, what is now being thrust upon us is, the Brulian/Naley show something completely different!
Anyway for those of you that still care…
But I’m out.

Brooke is my favorite so I know ill be watching every show.
(Although I did want Lucas to stay.)
agreed, i love brooke. i really wish lucas would have stayed, (and have Brucas all over again! ya right..lol) and i couldn’t care less about peyton, im actually quite glad peyton is gone..but then again if lucas stayed and peyton died but had the daughter, then that wouldn’t be good either cuz it’ll just be about lucas taking care of his daughter.
Untill brooke will be in the show, I’ll keep watching it! GO BROOKE
I’m going to watch, mainly because I’m still holding out for guest appearances from them both, just driving away didn’t really give closure imo, there were no actual goodbyes or deciding to go, just sentimental scenes which was more confusing than defining.
ok i will still watch oth brooke is my favorite and always will be. I will always think brucas is meant to be but im willing to see what brulian is all about.
i think its pretty sad that they are leaving. its not gonna be the same without them. but im addicted to the show, so im gonna keep watching it. why walk out just cuz your favorite characters are leaving?! its one tree hill for god sake! a TRUE fan will stay!!
i think peyton should have died (even though i loved her) and lucas should have raised the daughter with brooke since she wants a child

And I could not stop watching it if I tried because I love watching Sophia Bush! As long as she is on the screen you will never stop me!!
I still will miss Lucas and Peyton but Brooke will definately keep things alive and kicking (I am sure of that)
Oh for gods sake, i am a true fan. But ever since Season 5 and 6 the only story that has been REMOTELY interesting to me is Lucas and Peyton. Brooke/Naley storylines have been dull, dull, dull so i’m not going to sit through that when the only 2 reasons i watched it have gone.

Since when has brooke been interesting? She was fun from season one to season four but when she decided to adopt she became as boring as a sock! Now she’s with julian so what? It’s not enough to entertain the public and it’s certainly not naley who hasn’t been interesting since season four who is going to shake things up! The success of one tree hill depended on the drama between lucas peyton nathan brooke , haley and dan deb karen keith whitey. With most of them who are gone the show won’t be as fun as it used to be. I’m gonna watch the 1st episode by respect for mark but after i’ll quit without lucas and peyton there’s no more fun for me !
Djeeze Louise.. what a drama.. okay, I do think it wasn’t a good idea for the writers to write off Peyton and Lucas, but still.. whoever DARES to claim that Season 5 & 6 have been ONLY interesting because of Leyton are DEAD wrong.. they’ve been SO dull ever since they decided to get together ‘forever’.. sorry.. last season it was kinda interesting because there was the love triangle with Lindsay, but after that it definitely went down hill.. okay so Naley wasn’t all that fascinating, Brooke’s storylines tended to move everyone.. I don’t think anyone of you should deny it..
oh and btw.. imo.. that ridiculous call Chad Michael Murray made towards the fans to write the series and try to keep him on.. if it WERE issues concerning his salary.. and if he réally desperately wanted to stay on.. he wouldn’t have minded to cut back right? So cut the crap and go and make some shitty movies that will hit a hundred theatres and to then never be spoken of again..
Wow, you know I can’t believe all the negativity that is going around these days just because Leyton left, Geez come on the show is called ONE TREE HILL you know, it is not just based on them you know. Don’t get me wrong I love Peyton and Lucas as much as the next person but they are not the reason I watch it and they are certaintly not my favourite (I love Brooke). Why be a loyal fan for 6 years if you arent gonna see it through to the end or even give it a chance? For all you know you might just like it and plus if for all you people who think the storylines are boring (which to be quite honest is not true) the new characters will certaintly spice up the show and meddle with the characters don’t you think? So why not give it a chance and see where the writers take it. You all need to remember that it was Chad and Hilarie’s decison to leave nobody elses and you need to respect that.
Im really gonna miss chad and hilarie they made me want to watch this show.I was so sad their leaving because their my fav especially chad. Season 7 is goin to be so pointless without them. What are with u people saying that they are boring or whatever if it wasn’t for them their would be no one tree hill and you are not a true fan of the program.
i agree with rachel aiken i’m still gona watch cos i love the show regardless but it will be different not seeing lucas and peyton.
i think it will still be gud consider s6 was mostly nate but first 5 wer mostly lucas so it will b noticed!! does ne 1 no reason why chad and hilarie are leaving the show? plz tell me it wasnt to do with money that be so selfish
found out it was the shows decision to axe the pair i am shocked and confused surely both (especialy chad) are crowd pullers girls love chad and guys love hilarie the ratings are sure to go down i just wwould love to hear the show tell us why they decided 2 let them go

No, both Chad and Hilarie were not axed off the show, they both decided to leave, they felt that they had a really good run with One Tree Hill and just wanted to explore other career opportunities. Hilarie with her Southern Gothic Productions and Chad with his movies. Please know that they were in no way made to leave it was their decision and we need to respect that.
I certainly respect their decision, but please could they not hold out one more year! It’s been six years running they could have held out if they really wanted to so yes I’m pissed!!!
to be honest peyton started making me depressed and lucas’ love for peyton kind of got a bit to cheesy.
as long as the rest of the cast is in it im happy.
im so happy nathan made it to the NBA and that julian and brooke finally got together.

IM still going to watch season 7 because even though Peyton and lucas left there is still so much more they have to explain in the show, Like what Happened to Sam with her Mom, does she go back to brooke, and if so does Brooke,Julian and Sam all move to LA with him. and How does Nathan do in the NBA and for all we know Haley could be Pregnant again. and what Happens to Dan does he finally die from his heart condition. since it didn’t show anything about that in season 6. there is so much that could happen in this season.
im still watching it because of sophia and james. i dont really care that chad left his acting bites.

One Tree Hill is a story of two half brothers so with Lucas done there is NO One Tree Hill.its always been about them and from season one how Lucas and Peyton were meant to be together and it toke 6 seasons for that to happen then they drive away i’m sorry that does not work for me.
I started watching One Tree Hill two weeks away from season 1 till season 6 so that could say alot that i become a fan the minute i started watching it thats all i did and how they taking the main guy that made the show out….i agree that the show will not make it sorry but thats how i feel and most of the fans.

I am typically not a fan of major changes to the core cast of a show, but I think Mark finds ways to keep the show interesting. Hilarie and Chad chose to leave and pursue other things, and I wish them luck. For those who have remained on One Tree Hill, I have complete faith that they will keep the show just as entertaining as ever. I look forward to the new additions to the cast; they could prove to shake things up in our favorite fictional town.
i love brooke. if brooke left i dunno if id watch it i probably would but it wouldnt be the same. I watch the show for brooke. I love peyton but i dont think its that big of a deal that she left. i am a hardcore brookus fan and allways will be. i think brooke belongs with lucas way more than peyton does. but i say forever oth! i love one tree hill and i dont ever want it to end. GO SEASON 7!
