Last night’s One Tree Hill episode “Love the Way You Lie” showcased the “bromance” that is brewing between Chase and Chris Keller. While I can’t help but laugh at Keller’s arrogance I wonder how genuine his intentions are with Chase. I am curious if this bromance is somehow linked to the season premiere when we saw Chase in the back of the police cruiser.

Stephen Colletti who plays Chase on the series recently referred to the bromance as a love/hate relationship that will develop as the season progresses. This is a common feeling I believe most characters have had with Keller during his time on the series. Colletti also teased fans can expect an answer to our police cruiser question in the next couple of weeks. He added that even he was surprised when he first read the script for the episode in which we discover why he is in trouble. “Let’s just say you shouldn’t jump to easy assumptions,” he says. Well there goes my assumption that it has something to do with his evening out with Keller.

Colletti lastly teased his character will be struggling with almost everything this season, friendships, his career, relationships. Here we are heading into episode 4 and I would say he’s already struggled with most of that, leaving me to believe it will be quite the final season for Chase.
