One Tree Hill FINAL SEASON!

” NATHAN IS MISSING AND HALEY FEARS THE WORST — As Quinn (Shantel VanSanten) distracts Jamie (Jackson Brundage), Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) searches for Nathan (James Lafferty). Clay (Robert Buckley) finally gets answers about his condition. If we travel back to episode 2, Nathan left to head to Europe, covering for Clay because of his new sleepwalking disorder. With Dan staying at Nathan’s house with Haley and Jaimie, I’m curious who is behind this mysterious disappearance. It was previously revealed Dan and Haley would partner up to hunt for Nathan, which is why I am assuming Lucas returns to Tree Hill. This makes sense as Lucas is slated to return to the series in February.

I’m wondering if Nathan’s disappearance has anything do with Clay and his new habits, as revealed in “Love the Way You Lie.” Especially since the promo for episode 4 features Dan threatening who I believe is Clay about harming his family. As well, Julian must attempt to regain a sense of normality following Davis’ accident, while doing so he apparently gets into a brawl with someone at a bar. Hence the beautiful picture of him with blood coming down his face.

Why do you think Nathan will go missing? Do you think Clay has something to do with it? Who do you think Julian gets into a fight with?

Am I the only one who thinks this storyline is a little silly? If I receive backlash for that comment, I’m okay with it. I can’t help but think because this is the final season of the series, this weight issue with Mouth was included just so they could give him a storyline. Either way, it’s bothering me and I start to grumble when they come on screen right now. I am really hoping as the remainder of the season plays out that they change it up a little as right now I just find it annoying.

Another storyline in which I am struggling with is Quinn and Clay’s storyline. I think I’ve mentioned this before but I just can’t seem to get into it. I’m not sure if it’s just because I don’t feel a strong connection to these two characters but the first three episodes just don’t seem to be drawing me into their issue with a sleeping disorder.

That being said, following the sneak peak for the next episode I am thinking I might feel a little different about them this time next week. In case you didn’t catch the preview I have added it below, it’s appears to be quite action packed. I was disappointed there wasn’t a teaser about poor Davis in the clip, but that will keep me in suspense until it airs.

Stephen Colletti who plays Chase on the series recently referred to the bromance as a love/hate relationship that will develop as the season progresses. This is a common feeling I believe most characters have had with Keller during his time on the series. Colletti also teased fans can expect an answer to our police cruiser question in the next couple of weeks. He added that even he was surprised when he first read the script for the episode in which we discover why he is in trouble. “Let’s just say you shouldn’t jump to easy assumptions,” he says. Well there goes my assumption that it has something to do with his evening out with Keller.

Colletti lastly teased his character will be struggling with almost everything this season, friendships, his career, relationships. Here we are heading into episode 4 and I would say he’s already struggled with most of that, leaving me to believe it will be quite the final season for Chase.

Why do you think Chase was in the back of the police cruiser? Do you think his bromance with Chris Keller will last? Will Chase and Alex end up back together?

Lafferty also dished a few more final season teasers. He mentioned in this final season fans can expect to see the show sort of go back to the beginning, when it was simpler times. Remember when it was all about Tree Hill High and the Ravens basketball team, before our Tree Hill favourites grew up and were faced with the trials and tribulations of adulthood. Well, Lafferty teased they won’t be putting all of their focus on that time in their lives but it will be revisited. He explained “There’s a prevalent feeling of nostalgia in our last couple of episodes.

As an avid One Tree Hill fan, I’ve noticed the focus they’re putting on Dan and Nathan’s relationship. This is fitting since the series began with their intense father-son relationship, I feel fans deserve to see it come full circle. Lafferty revealed this exactly what we can expect and fans will be ultimately satisfied with the way his character signs off.

Any predictions, whose body do you think Haley is identifying? With Lafferty’s character only coming back for certain episodes how do you think it will end?

Note: in last night’s episode how he was almost a saviour for poor Haley as she was swamped with customers at the cafe. At first I was a little disturbed by this, thinking it was far from realistic, then I thought well, it is television. When the customer stood up and called him a “murderer” I was pleased as I felt it made sense. What didn’t make sense to me was Haley telling him he didn’t deserve to be treated that way, has she suddenly forgot everything he’s done? Better yet, it will be interesting to see how Nathan deals with all of this when he finds out.

In a recent interview James Lafferty who plays Nathan Scott in the series revealed this season, Dan will colour his life in a much different way then he has in the past. What exactly does he mean by that statement? Well, he continued by saying that a large part of his storyline in this final season will surround around whether or not he is able to forgive Dan for all of his wrongdoings. This of course includes murdering Keith.

What are your thoughts, does Dan Scott deserve forgiveness or should the series end with him suffering from the misery he’s caused so many others?

Sophia Bush, who plays Brooke on the show, had a few thoughts about what happened and what will happen to this family. Will they be able to get over the tragedy and move on from it? Will Davis be alright?

According to her, Brooke and Julian are a solid couple, and this strength together it what will hold them at this trying times. It looks like Davis will also be okay. But of course, the season cannot go on without at least a few drama.

Says Sophia, “There’s major drama this season. There has to be. If you want to get the high, high, high, you have to have the low, low, low and we want to deliver on those big highs for the fans. So we take the show, certainly between Brooke and Julian, with Nathan and Haley, with everyone, we take it to a pretty low place quite a few times this year. But the payoff is there.”

The next episodes going forward will still be full of that tears and drama, but like she says, it’s going to be something fans will have to be rewarded with on the show’s culmination, its finale episode.

Now of course I can’t related to finding my mother baking pastries in the kitchen tending to my children, but it did bring back some memories. Especially as a mother of twins myself, it had my husband and I reminiscing about the first time our little ones slept through the night, we had thought something was wrong. I just thought they played it out perfectly!

Moving along, wow Mouth (Lee Norris) have you ever been eating. I found it a little strange to seem him in the state he’s in now. I can consider Millie’s (Lisa Goldstein) concern regarding his weight increase, I just find it an odd storyline, so we’ll have to see how it plays out.

We saw Nathan (James Lafferty) fly off to Europe to pick up Robert Buckley’s character Clay’s slack and Alex (Jana Kramer) hit the road with her music. I’m hoping a little time away from Tree Hill will bring Alex the courage to tell Chase (Stephen Colletti) she loves him back since he professed his love and well, she didn’t really return it.

What were your thoughts on the episode? Can you relate to Brooke and Julian? What do you think about a larger Mouth? Will Alex tell Chase she loves him back?

While attending The Art of Elysium’s 5th Annual Black Tie Charity Gala “Heaven” Bush told a reporter that it’s hard to believe the series is coming to a close and dished a little about her future projects. She revealed she has several scripts to read and considers deciding what to do next as a wonderful position to be in. Bush joked by saying “I’ve got to my homework now.”

The 29 year old actress wore a stunning gown by a friend of hers Chris Benz. Bush said she tried it on while visiting him awhile back, in which he referred to the dress as her Jackie O dress and said she had to have it. Bush said she had put the dress aside for a special occasion and felt it was fitting to wear it to this Gala. She paired the dress with Neil Lane vintage jewelry, a Judith Leiber bag and Casadei shoes.

Bush was spotted reminiscing with Maroon 5′s James Valentine and Brittany Snow at the event. It was held at Union Station in Los Angeles. What do you think of Sophia Bush’s dress?
