Brooke played kind of a respit care giver. The agency wanted to give her a chance to be a parental figure. Angie was only there for the surgery. It was sad but that’s part of foster parenting.

it’s because angie wasn’t the child she was adopting it was more like a test run to see if she could handle an actual baby. I mean it was sad and i even cried when she had to give back angie but the sad truth was angie wasn’t her adopted child…she already had parents and sh was just supposed to host her until after the operation. plus it wasn’t time for angie to go that day her parents just wanted her back early which made brooke even more upset because she wasn’t prepared for that.

I think its because Angies family needed her back and Angie was only there with Brooke until after he operation.
